** Your Role on the Team:
** Complete scheduled cleaning tasks using approved chemicals and pressure hoses.  Contribute to a flexible and team-oriented environment by performing other duties as needed to support production goals, safety standards, and continuous improvement. At least one year of production experience or equivalent training Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.  Basic math, reading, and computer skills; ability to use ERP systems and create reports.  

Familiarity with Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols.  Forklift experience and certification preferred (training provided if needed).

* Physical Requirements:

** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and pushing equipment
* ** Expected Pay Range:  $21.25 - $23.96 per hour**
* ** Bonus:
** This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
