Job DescriptionJoin our team at Dyna Dome as a Production Associate, where you'll play a vital role in manufacturing our innovative retractable structures. You'll work collaboratively with our production team to ensure the efficient assembly and fabrication of components.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Manufacture parts in a closed, conditioned environment in Crown Point, IN.
- Load trucks for shipping over the road safely.
- Assemble aluminum structures according to specifications.
- Operate a forklift to handle material safely.
- Operate machinery and equipment for cutting and drilling aluminum.
- Operate equipment on a construction site, such as man-lifts.
- Experience in construction.
- Construction layout is desired and a plus, but not a requirement.
- Carpentry experience is desired.
- Basic knowledge and safe use of machinery and tools for aluminum.
- Able to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills.
- Follow OSHA standards to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain quality control and adherence to quality.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Work well with others.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to read drawings and prints for construction.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work safely from a ladder.
- Not afraid of heights.
Required:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, construction or a related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
