We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant Entry Level. This role is vital as the facility's condition influences first impressions.
Responsibilities include maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure it remains pristine inside and out
.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing/rehab facility is required.
Must be service-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to success.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a maintenance/plant-related position.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is necessary.
Ability to read blueprints, understand building codes, and safety regulations is required.
Must be licensed according to current standards, codes, and labor laws.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) is essential.
