Job Description

Dyna Dome is seeking a Project Manager to own the execution of custom, engineered building systems from post-sale hand-off through fabrication, installation, and closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and within scope.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone comfortable working in a manufacturing-driven environment with active job sites and multiple projects in motion.

Requirements Responsibilities
  • Assume ownership of projects following contract execution and sales hand-off.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors during project execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules covering engineering coordination, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules, site readiness, and pre-shipment requirements.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and schedule impacts to maintain alignment with approved scope and budgets.
  • Lead project coordination meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes resulting from site conditions, design revisions, weather, or unforeseen constraints.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, as-built information, and project closeout deliverables.
  • Support execution needs across the team to keep projects moving.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues proactively.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered systems.
  • Experience managing multi-phase projects involving design coordination, fabrication, and installation.
  • Working knowledge of job costing, schedule management, and change control.
  • Ability to review and coordinate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience working with architects, general contractors, clients/owners, and field installation teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and ERP systems (Procore, Zoho Projects, or similar).
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, Building Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
