Field Service Engineer

Adecco has a direct hire opportunity for a  
** Field Service Engineer
** in Crown Point, IN. The position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM when in office but also includes travel to customer's facilities and may require weekends.

Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer will include but are not limited to:?

+ Provide best practice installation and startup expertise to customers while they are installing and starting up new equipment.

+ Provide customers with knowledge of how equipment should be maintained and serviced.

+ Provide trouble shooting expertise and solutions to customers who experience issues with equipment.

+ Ensure customers satisfaction with equipment.

+ Identify and suggest improvements to existing equipment and need for new equipment that would provide value to our customers.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:?

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

+ Superior electrical aptitude

+ Valid driver's license and passport

+ Strong communication skills

+ Organized, efficient, accurate, with excellent troubleshooting skills
