Job Summary
The Client Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all guests and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, managing bookings, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and text, upselling services, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Client Coordinator supports both clients and providers tomaintaina high levelof service, organization, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and checkinall guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments via phone, email, text, and in person.
- Make reminder calls and follow up with canceled and no-show clients.
- Upsell services, packages, and retail products.
- Charge for services and process payments accurately.
- Answer client questions and ensurea high levelof client satisfaction.
- Communicate client needs and concerns with service providers.
- Provide information on spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Give spa tours to prospective clients.
- Ensure before-and-after photos are taken when applicable.
- Assist clients with financing options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Support andworkspa events and promotions.
- Be available for private parties and special eventsas needed.
- Maintain reliable andtimelyattendance.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have availability to work evenings and Saturday.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend andlift upto 15 pounds.
