• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Oversee cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staff, handle paperwork, manage cost and cash control.
• Manage food, schedule, maintain a perfect image, stay on standards, deliver great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, maintain transportation, keep store clean, handle marketing and drive profitability.
• Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers.

• General job duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; speak with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
• Essential functions:
  
  ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately; make correct monetary change; verbal, written, telephone skills; motor coordination between eyes and hands; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Physical requirements (store): standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, use of tools.
• Driving requirements: valid driver’s license with safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigate adverse terrain, handle deliveries.
