As we continue to expand in Crowley and the surrounding Acadiana area, we're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen local partnerships.

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth within the Crowley market. You'll be the face of our company in the field-building trust with customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, face-to-face interaction, and seeing direct results from their effort.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in Crowley and surrounding areas
- Prospect and develop new accounts through cold calling, referrals, and local networking
- Meet with customers in person to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product or service offerings
- Manage and grow an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records using CRM tools
- Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and local market trends
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and community events
- College coursework or degree preferred
- 1-5 years of sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Professional, goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer service
- Experience in B2B, outside sales, or territory-based sales
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems
- Knowledge of the local Crowley / Acadiana market
