You’ll be leading a bright, airy 6‑surgery private practice, set in beautiful grounds in a detached building designed specifically for dentistry. Located on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the practice offers something rare: a calm, professional environment that doesn’t feel rushed or chaotic.

This is a full‑time Clinic Manager position, Monday to Friday, offering a varied and hands‑on leadership role. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice, while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Your role will balance people management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness, making sure the practice continues to run efficiently and grow sustainably.

• Proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, or a similar people‑focused environment

• Commercially aware, with an eye for improving systems and performance

Dental or healthcare experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead people well, maintain high standards, and create a positive environment for both patients and staff.
