Diesel Transmission Technician

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Transmission Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work and can operate independently in a professional shop environment.

• Diagnose, repair, and service diesel engines and transmission systems (manual and automatic)
• Remove and install transmissions, engines, and related components
• Perform injector replacement and fuel system diagnostics
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance and routine services
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
• Document all work performed accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate repair needs and timelines with the team

• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience using a 4-post lift
• Experience with tire changers and balancers
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Own professional-grade tools
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship
