Job Summary:
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, assembling merchandise, and providing excellent customer service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, and Appreciate the customer. Additional duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count.
Preferred
Skills:
Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; interpersonal skills; self-directed with minimal assistance.
Working Conditions:
Generally indoor with moderate noise, shifts of 4+ hours, travel between store locations in personal vehicle, adherence to safety guidelines, and working on hard surfaces outdoors and indoors.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs with equipment, lift/reach overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, operate store equipment, and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs. Must have stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
