Cashier (Full-Time) – Restaurant Crew at Zaxbys
Base pay: $13.00/hr (budgeted range $13.00 – $13.00/hr). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

- Complete all training requirements, including the Front of House Development Plan, hands‑on stations training and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
- Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions.
- Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
- Enthusiastically represent the Zaxbys brand.
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions; enter guest orders into the point‑of‑sale system.
- Accept payments, operate cash registers, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment by cleaning guest areas, maintaining equipment, and stocking paper goods, condiments, and beverages.
- Prepare menu items and beverages according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Assist with kitchen and back‑of‑house tasks as assigned.
- Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, work safely, and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously; occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for fine manipulation.
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing.
- Maintain effective audio‑visual perception and judgment.
- Work in indoor or outdoor environments with temperature variations and exposure to food allergies.
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including knives, fryers, and other hazardous equipment.
