OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our accounting firm in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Quick Books and a solid background in bookkeeping.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience using Quick Books
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ability to reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Record financial transactions in Quick Books
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with financial reports as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding financial documentation
$18.00 per hour
