Nightingale at Stonegate – Skilled Nursing Facility Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

Nightingale at Stonegate is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. RNs at Stonegate play a key role in delivering high quality resident care, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with regulatory standards and resident-centered best practices.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Oversight
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

  • Perform assessments, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status.

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.

Leadership & Team Support
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during the shift.

  • Ensure care assignments are completed and resident needs are met.

  • Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Regulatory & Safety Compliance
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

  • Report incidents, concerns, and changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor or DON.

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience in skilled nursing or longterm care strongly preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.

  • Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care.

Schedule
  • Full-time or part-time

  • Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on facility needs.
