Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Manage customer service desk and handle inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments for efficient store operations.
- Maintain records, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Responsible for running day reports.
- Reconcile cashier tills as well as reconciling safe daily.
- Responsible for handling customer instances.
- Responsible for answering phones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
