What You’ll Do
- Lead daily machine shop operations across shifts
- Oversee CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines
- Manage production schedules, workflow, and priorities
- Coach and develop machinists, operators, and supervisors
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in machining or manufacturing
- 3+ years in a supervisor, manager, or lead role
- CNC setup or strong technical background
- Ready to own results and lead people

Qualifications
- Required
Education and Experience:
High School diploma required; technical degree or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial management preferred.
- Desired
Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in machining or manufacturing with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Physical Demands
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping and movement throughout a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, oversee hands-on process inspections and visually inspect parts and tooling.
- Exposure to noise, coolant, and machine shop hazards.
- Required use of PPE includes safety glasses, steel toed boots, and hearing protection.
Salary/Compensation: $67,637 - $101,497 per year
