The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies that meet/exceed business objectives.

The Assistant supports the planning, development, and implementation of the portfolio across our global web and digital marketing channels following the company’s corporate brand and brand architecture strategy. They will partner to ensure every component of our digital properties is bold, innovative, drives measurable engagement, and are built from a user-centered perspective.

• Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy, including maintenance and improvement of the design and functionality for all digital tools and applications (e.g., web site, blogs, newsletters), leveraging deep knowledge of web and digital design and functionality
• Support social media presence & enhance engagement with end users
• Contribute to strategies to drive traffic to the web site and affiliate websites
• Support ongoing competitive intelligence activity to drive program opportunity identification
• Support content development efforts
• Create reports on digital marketing efforts

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree preferred, but must have digital marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent listening, project management and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
