Responsibilities

The Therapy Department is looking for a PTA to fill a full-time or PRN position. You'll implement care and interventions to improve patients' mobility through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. By providing exercise instruction, demonstrating empathy, and documenting treatment outcomes, the PTA will enhance patients' physical abilities and well-being.

Qualifications

• An active state PTA license is required.
• Unlimited employee referral bonus up to $1,000.
• Multiple locations offered for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunities at additional locations.
• Direct hire position; not an agency.

• Am I guaranteed 40 hours? While we cannot guarantee hours, we typically offer a full caseload. Most facilities are close to each other, enabling additional hours at nearby locations.
• Do you give raises? Staff are eligible for performance reviews, providing an opportunity for salary increases.
• Why is this position open? Therapists/DORs often leave for other practice specialties. While many stay PRN, we rarely see therapists joining a competing SNF.
• How does corporate support therapists on the floors? Regional Directors and corporate members, who are often therapists, collaborate directly to support a well‑supported work environment.
• What type of mentorship or support do you provide for new grads? We offer a comprehensive mentorship program pairing new grads with experienced therapists for guidance on documentation, evaluations, treatment methods, and ongoing support.
