This role is ideal for organized, detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy fast‑paced healthcare coordination and consistent full‑time hours. NOA Diagnostics is hiring a Patient Intake Coordinator to support mobile diagnostic imaging services. This office‑based position serves as the first point of contact for patients and care facilities, coordinating imaging services for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home‑based care across CT, NJ, and NY.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for incoming patient exam requests
Intake and verify patient demographic and insurance information
Schedule imaging exams for mobile field staff
Receive, review, and process faxed and electronic physician orders
Accurately enter patient orders into internal systems
Track exam completion and manage required documentation
Provide administrative support
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
Clear, professional communication and strong phone etiquette
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in a medical office, call center, or healthcare intake role
Familiarity with insurance verification or patient scheduling
Healthcare administrative experience
