Apprentice Electrician and Electrician

This is a full-time on-site role for Apprentice Electricians and Electricians at Induction Electric, located in the DMV Area. Responsibilities include assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for the Apprentice Electrician role, and overseeing and performing complex electrical work for the Electrician role. Both roles involve troubleshooting electrical problems, ensuring safety compliance, and working closely with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Strong expertise in Electricity, Electrical Work, and Electrical Engineering concepts
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Previous work experience or certification in electrical installations and repair is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or licenses are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company for Apprentice Electricians
