What You’ll Do:
  • Inspire Home buyers: Persuade prospective buyers to see the value in owning a Caruso home.
  • Achieve Results: Strive for a minimum of 2 net sales per month—your success is our success!
  • Be the Face of Caruso: Welcome clients with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a “We Care” attitude.
  • Guide the Journey: Assist customers in selecting their home site, house plan, and options, and support them through the loan application process.

    Experience:

    Ensure our model homes and communities are always beautifully presented and open for tours.
  • Stay Organized: Prepare contracts, addenda, and selections accurately and on time.
  • Embrace Technology: Use our CRM system to manage prospects and move them from interest to sale.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Participate in weekly sales meetings and work closely with your team.
