Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for driven closers who know how to generate leads, inspect roofs, and turn opportunities into signed contracts. • Generate and follow up on leads (company leads + self‑generated)
• Perform roof inspections and customer consultations
• Present roofing solutions and close deals
• Work with insurance claims when applicable
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track appointments, contracts, and follow‑ups
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• 2+ years roofing or in‑home sales experience preferred
• Strong closing skills and communication
• Comfortable with door‑to‑door, referrals, and self‑generated leads
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Smartphone/tablet capable of running sales apps
• Self‑starter mentality — you control your income
