At Home - - Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets.;
Plan/execute the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc.;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; stock products and maintain end caps and signage.;
Maintain a neat, clean, organized zone and ensure current signing and sets; coach and train team members on visual priorities.;
Review store financials from the store scorecard and act within assigned zones to improve metrics.
