Senior Maintenance Technician

About Us Overview

You've got the skills and experience and can fix anything!

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, helping implement safety protocols, paint, and more!
• Respond to maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Participates in the oversight of outside contractors.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment; maintains logs.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
• Drive community vehicles, including transporting residents as needed.

USD $25.50 - USD $29.25 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• You have prior maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial experience.
• CFC refrigerant certification or ability to gain certification within three months of hire.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You like to be busy with a variety of tasks.
• You are the go‑to person whenever someone needs something fixed!
