Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to support our dual operations in Crofton. This role requires a professional individual capable of managing front-line client interactions while simultaneously executing essential warehouse logistics. The ideal Customer Service & Warehouse Associate will balance administrative accuracy with physical operational tasks.

Core Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support (50%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring a professional service experience.
• Process and manage customer orders with high accuracy using Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
• Provide technical product information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and professional front-office environment.

Warehouse & Logistics (50%)

• Execute order fulfillment through precise picking, packing, and staging of materials.
• Operate specialized fabrication equipment for custom product orders (Training provided).
• Safely manage inbound and outbound shipments using a sit-down forklift.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and maintain warehouse safety standards as a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate.

Candidate Qualifications

• Reliability:
  Proven track record of punctual and consistent attendance.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Experience with Microsoft Office;
  Quick Books experience is highly preferred.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to remain active in a warehouse environment and lift materials as required for a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Certification:
  Previous forklift experience is preferred, though training is available for the right candidate.

Compensation and Benefits
