Full Time Permanent Chef at our Coffee Shop in The Crieff Food Company.

40 hours per week (5 days). All positions include weekend working; flexibility is a must. No evening work or split shifts. Centre closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.

As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work as part of a small team under the guidance of your Head Chef/Restaurant Manager and be responsible for the preparation of our fresh ingredients for our full menu range.

• Prepare fresh ingredients.
• Prepare hot and cold food orders to order.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process.
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste.
• Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
• Close down kitchen each day, including preparation for the following day.
