Swansway Motor Group is looking for a dedicated Driver to join our esteemed Accident Repair Centre on a full-time basis. As a Driver at Swansway, you will have the vital role of providing prompt collection and delivery services to our valued customers in the local area, fostering and maintaining excellent customer relationships along the way.

The role of a Driver at Swansway is essential for ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and collecting customer vehicles.
• Planning cost and time-effective routes for collections and deliveries.
• Keeping colleagues informed of any delays or changes to plans.
• Ensuring a detailed handover to customers.
• Communicating details of work completed, invoice, and handover pack on vehicle return.

To be successful as a Driver, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• A full UK Driving License.
• Previous driving experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Experience in managing your own workload.
• A can-do attitude that embraces challenges.
