Location:
5 Rope Lane Shavington, Crewe, CW2 5DT
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract:
16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: shifts fall between 2pm and 11pm, including weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

What you'll do- Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
- Support the local community – participate in activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
