Location:

Crewe, On-site, Eagle Burgmann Industries UK Limited.

• Quality Assurance:
  Implement systems to deliver quality parts to customers on time.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Risk Management:
  
  Develop policies and training to minimize associates injury risks.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
• Audits:
  Perform internal and supplier audits to enhance systems and ensure quality.
• Training:
  Coordinate and conduct supplier training on quality and HSE systems.

• Relevant qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).
• Certified lead auditor or internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 4001, and ISO 45001.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Certificate.
• Experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Knowledge in Quality Management Systems with specific knowledge in ISO 9001/2015.
