As a Warehouse Operative at MKS Inc. you will be a key member of the warehouse team, working with different production and logistics teams under the management of the production manager.

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods.
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies.
• Handles routine questions and problems while maintaining open communication with other departments throughout the shipping and delivery cycle.
• Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods.
• Logs order information into the computer, files and distributes paperwork as necessary.
• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.
• Ensures shipments are made accurately and efficiently to meet strict on‑time delivery demands and high customer expectations.
• Accurately kits products for the production team with zero errors.

• First significant related experience.
• FLT license is favourable.

• Perform activities such as sitting, standing or typing for extended periods; ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15–20kg.
• Must be able to operate a pump truck safely and efficiently.
• Frequently position self to perform tasks and manipulate objects at various levels; requires manual dexterity and coordination.
