You will take responsibility for a small, settled service where quality, consistency, and outcomes genuinely matter.
This Registered Manager role gives you full operational ownership of a two-bed home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities. You will be trusted to lead with autonomy, supported by a senior team that values strong Ofsted outcomes and sustainable practice, with a clear plan to move towards dual registration in the future. Package & Benefits Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Ofsted-related performance bonuses. Full-time, Monday to Friday working pattern.
