- Thursday Morning shifts, flexible to suit school hours Rate Of Pay: £12.60 plus Sodexo employee benefits.

Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at a corporate site in Crewe.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow established procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor/manager.

Complete scheduled cleaning duties to the required standard.

Wear the company uniform and any required personal protective equipment while on duty.

Comply with all site policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.

Follow the company’s cleaning methods and color-coding policies.

Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects to the supervisor or General Services manager.

Attend training as required and carry out any reasonable management requests.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff and visitors.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
High levels of personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Basic knowledge of hygiene practices.

Self-motivated with a positive approach to learning.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
