As they continue to scale, the business are investing heavily in the People function and so this is a newly created People Advisor role to support with this continued growth.
The opportunityAs a People Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and teams across the business, delivering pragmatic, commercial and people-focused advice that really makes a difference. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact generalist role where no two days look the same. You'll be right at the centre of the employee experience influencing decisions, building manager confidence and helping shape a positive, consistent culture across a growing global organisation.

- Being the go‑to people expert, coaching managers and employees on day‑to‑day people matters
- Managing a varied and stimulating ER caseload including absence, performance, conduct, wellbeing and employee queries
- Owning your cases from start to finish, delivering a high‑quality, responsive service
- Championing accurate people data and maintaining high standards across HR systems
- Reviewing and improving people policies, processes
You're confident, proactive and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and being trusted to make sound people decisions.
You'll bring- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in a generalist HR / People Advisor role within a commercial setting
- CIPD qualification desirable, not essential
- The ability to juggle priorities without dropping the detail
- A collaborative, team‑focused mindset
