A community support organization is seeking an enthusiastic Community Support Worker to help deliver programs for ex-offenders in Crewe. This role involves engaging with individuals on remand or serving sentences, providing them with learning and employment opportunities. We are looking for proactive individuals who can effectively communicate and work with partner organizations. Applicants should have experience with vulnerable groups and a commitment to helping others progress.
Training will be provided to ensure success in this impactful role.
