£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus company benefits, training, overtime, early finish on a Friday.

This role would suit someone with a Mechanical Engineering qualification looking to start a career in EDM and precision engineering, offering hands‑on training in a family‑run environment and the opportunity to boost earnings through regular overtime.

• Assist with the setting and operation of EDM wire erosion and CNC machines.
• Produce precision components from engineering drawings.
• Carry out basic programming support and quality inspections.
• Support machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Monday to Friday, 07:45-17:00 (13:45 finish Fridays), overtime available.

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (BTEC / NVQ / equivalent).
• Interest in EDM, wire erosion and precision engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Work within a team of 11.
• Commutable to Elworth.
