About the Role :
We are seeking a UK Resident Corporate Compliance Director to facilitate the opening of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part‑time, non‑operational position requiring minimal involvement. The initial setup may involve 1–2 hours in the first month, followed by occasional light tasks in subsequent months—often just a few minutes, or no work e the bank account is established, the role transitions to a passive, long‑term appointment.
Key Responsibilities :- Remotely assist with signing documents related to bank account openings.
- Support ongoing corporate compliance as needed.
£125 per month (£1,500 annually) for Corporate Compliance Director services.
