We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated Sales Representative to support the St.

Louis, and Southern Illinois areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform roof and siding inspections for homeowners
• Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property inspections to assess storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on the insurance claims process and roofing restoration services.
• Assist clients with filing insurance claims and work closely with adjusters to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide accurate and competitive estimates for roofing services.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the restoration process.

• Previous experience in sales, roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections.
• Basic knowledge of construction and insurance claims is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Requires removing ladder from service truck’s ladder rack, setting up ladder, and climbing ladder to safely access roofs for service evaluation
• Requires ability to climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials
• Requires standing up for long periods of time
• Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing
• Requires seeing details at close range
• Requires repetitive movement, bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling
• Requires ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly
