Country Villa puts people at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team and help ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing works under the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care
. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and facility regulations
. You will also assist in administration, staff development, and day-to-day nursing operations.

• Support the Director of Nursing in managing all nursing services
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, monitoring practices and procedures
• Assist with resident care plans, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulations
• Help manage admissions, staffing, and scheduling as needed
• Participate in management meetings to discuss census, resident needs, and operations
• Ensure compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
• Perform other duties as assigned to support nursing operations

• RN license in the state of practice required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years nursing supervisory experience required
• Experience in long-term or acute care nursing preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
