Overview
Mercy is seeking a leader to oversee the oncology service line strategic plan and goals. Responsibilities include organizing and directing all clinical and business activities related to Oncology support services. In collaboration with the Oncology executive team, the role participates in marketing, operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality of care and services provided to patients and families.
Developes multidisciplinary collaborative teams to implement goals/expectations and processes to support clinical and business success of the service line.
Education
:
Bachelor s degree in health-related field
Experience
: 3 years of experience in related field as a manager or director
Certifications
: none
Preferred Education
:
Master s degree in healthcare or business
Preferred Experience
:
Collaboration alongside physicians, HOD and ambulatory experience.
