• Make observations in change of resident conditions.
• Document medication administration.
• Communicate with family members regarding resident care issues.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience performing medication administration.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills and ability to document and report findings clearly.
