Parc Provence, a premier Memory Care Community in St. Louis, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Administrator-in-Training (AIT) to develop leadership skills across our four locally owned and operated campuses:
The Gatesworth, Parc Provence, McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, and McKnight Place Extended Care.
This is a full-time temporary, on-site position offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in senior living leadership. This role will be based at our Parc Provence campus. Conveniently located at Olive & 270.

What You’ll Do:As an AIT, you will work closely with a Licensed Administrator and department leaders, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our four senior living community operations. Your responsibilities will evolve throughout the program, including:
Resident Care & Clinical Support:- Supporting teams in delivering respectful, person-centered care.
- Attending care plan meetings and observing clinical compliance.
- Learning how state and federal regulations shape operations.
- Assisting with internal audits and survey compliance.
Experience:
- Shadowing department heads across nursing, dining, housekeeping, and more.
- Assisting with scheduling, hiring, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Gaining hands‑on experience with budgets, billing, and occupancy planning.
- Understanding how Medicare and private pay systems impact operations.
- Leading real operational improvement projects.
- Reflecting on daily learning, meeting program goals, and developing your leadership voice.
- A bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- A genuine passion for senior care and a desire to lead with empathy and accountability.
- The ability to meet Missouri’s character and background standards, including being at least 21 years old.
This role fulfills Missouri’s requirement for a 1,000-hour AIT program, providing the necessary experience to sit for both the National (NAB) and Missouri State exams for licensure.
