What You Will Be Doing

Sourcing leads for mortgage home loans

Meeting with prospective borrowers to obtain loan applications, explain the application process, fees involved, and available programs

Analyzing borrowers' financial status (income and debt) by obtaining necessary paperwork and informing them of credit reports and appraisals to determine loan feasibility

Submitting completed applications and collaborating with underwriters to resolve application concerns

Advising borrowers of underwriting decisions and working with them and underwriters to meet all conditions

Working with processors and borrowers to address loan denials and explore alternative programs

Coordinating loan closing activities, escrow signing, ordering documents, and assisting borrowers through the closing process
