The Senior Project Manager Dual Scope (ESA/PCA) is responsible for performing both Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), including Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs). The role requires compliance with ASTM standards, local, state, and federal regulations, and industry programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.

• Lead field work, data compilation, and report preparation for each assessment.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, sampling, and interviews with property owners and local officials.
• Document and photograph representative systems, conditions, and environmental impairments.
• Provide technical report authoring and quality supporting documentation.
• Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
• Communicate project progress and issues with the Director and client.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and proactive solutions to client needs.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.

• 8+ years of recent experience conducting or managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, and/or engineering and architectural consulting services.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline.
• Current professional licensure or registration preferred (RA, PG, PE, etc.).
• Environmental Professional (EP) designation preferred.
• Familiarity with ASTM E1527‑21, ASTM E2018‑24, and related engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid state driver’s license (requires motor vehicle record & background check).
• Physical ability to navigate site properties and climb ladders.
• Travel required:
  
  40‑60% fieldwork in region plus occasional U.S. travel.

Compensation range: $86,700.00 – $102,000оў-00, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, andorno dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life, and disability insurance. Benefits also include paid and serde unpovado ää time away from work.

The compensation offered depends on factors such as the aggregate bargaining agreement, geographic area, market pay rates, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than the minimum wage for this role.
