Position Summary
Doane University is looking for an organized, student-centered Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our Division of Enrollment Management! Working from our residential campus in Crete, the Recruitment Operations Specialist will support daily enrollment operations by processing residential and non-residential documentation, maintaining accurate records in the university’s CRM (Salesforce), and ensuring effective communication workflows with prospective students and their families.

FLSA Hourly (Non-exempt)
Salary Hourly rate ranges from $18.50 - $20.25, depending on qualifications and experience.
MinimumRequired Qualifications
An associate’s degree and two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and communication workflow planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with applicable policies and regulations
A bachelor’s degree with experience demonstrating:
- An understanding of various higher education systems, including student information systems, databases, and customer relationship management software.
- Knowledge of college admission guidelines, standards, and procedures, and higher education recruit men
Working Conditions
