About the Role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - St. James Manor & Villas

Provide individualized, high‑quality care at an extended‑care affiliated facility, supporting residents’ recovery and daily lives. Our team is committed to innovative, person‑centered care and a safe transition during recuperation.

Base pay: $32.00–$36.00 per hour

• Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record‑keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer, and charting per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, performing other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily unit rounds and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with state healthcare worker background check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing LPN‑related technical skills.
• A professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor.
• A positive, energetic attitude with ability to relate favorably to residents and visitors.
