• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to incoming calls and emails with accurate information regarding orders and inquiries
• Acquire detailed knowledge of products and processes to assist customers effectively
• Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and actions taken
• Participate in process improvement projects and meet department Key Performance Indicator targets

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or a High School Diploma with 3-4 years of customer-facing experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• Ability to manage customer interactions through various communication channels
• Strong follow-through and prioritization skills
• Exceptionalधी?? professional communication skills via phone and email

• 2-3 years of prior experience in a customer service role
