Project Scheduling Coordinator

As a Project Scheduling Coordinator, you will ensure projects move from contract to completion smoothly and efficiently.

You'll collaborate with superintendents, suppliers, sales teams, and customers to make sure every job is compliant, scheduled, and executed correctly.

• Move jobs into "Ready for Scheduling" status
• Coordinate material orders and delivery releases
• Schedule required city inspections
• Notify customers of delivery and crew schedules
• Manage daily production communication spreadsheets
• Process service requests and callbacks
• Track inventory and returns
• Support window scheduling and completion reporting

• Detail-driven, organized professional
• Strong communicator (phone + email)
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
