Celebrating 50 years of saving lives, our dedicated team of 800+ professionals is headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, with distribution hubs in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

We are looking for committed individuals to serve as Charges who oversee blood collection operations, ensure a smooth donor care experience, and manage staff for assigned blood drives or collection centers. This full‑time position requires a flexible schedule of 30–39 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Lead and supervise the blood collection process, including donor registration, screening, physical assessment, and phlebotomy.
• Manage staff for assigned blood drives or collection centers, ensuring operations run smoothly while providing outstanding donor care.
• Drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, when required.
• Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre‑employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle reports for all team members.

• Customer service experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Stable work history.
• Understanding of the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Availability for a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and insurability by our insurance carrier.
• DOT Medical Certification Physical card or ability to obtain one.
• Pre‑employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.
