Automatic Press Operator

Description

This position fulfills the large volume screen printing production needs of our company. The Automatic Press Operator reports directly to the Pro Print Production Supervisor. The Auto Press Operator is responsible for the automatic production of screen-printed textiles. You are responsible for all the steps involved in the printing process from setup to clean up. Careful reading skills and attention to detail are essential in this position.

• Read & understand English and be familiar with industry language and terminology.
• Knowledge and experience with M&R Gauntlet III & Anatol Horizon automatic printing presses.
• Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with co-workers.
• Ability to work at a very fast pace.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be comfortable on your feet for the duration of your shift.

• Read and understand IHWO.
• Print order as indicated on IHWO.
• Reset (teardown) press.
• Perform daily shift maintenance.

• Consistently showing up for work on time.
• Putting in extra time when required.
  
  Maintaining 99% accuracy on orders.
• Hitting and maintaining mutually agreed upon daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics.
