Experience: Minimum – N/A;
Preferred – 3–6 months in retail or guest service restaurant.

Certifications:

Serv Safe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Soft Skills: Comfortable talking to guests and team members, high energy, ability to move quickly between activities, team oriented, willing to help others, basic computer skills.

This position may be part‑time (up to 29 hours) or full‑time (30–40 hours) with a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Travel: 5%; may be asked to work in nearby stores occasionally.

Physical:
Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs regularly, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally. Stand/walk 8 hours per day; reach, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and work in cooler temperatures. Moderate noise level.
